• Process, reconcile, and prepare creditors’ invoices for payment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for efficient processing and payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate cashbook payments.
• Manage petty cash disbursements, reconciliation, and replenishment.
• Prepare payment files and provide remittance advice to creditors.
• Address and resolve supplier queries.
• Maintain and update an accruals list.
• File supporting documentation accurately and securely, following group and local retention policies.
• Assist with both external and internal audits.
